International financial company specialized in Asset Finance seeks Corporate Tax Accountant AVP. Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to: Estimated tax payment for federal and states Petition for extension of tax payment deadline Consolidation tax calculation for subsidiaries in multiple states Information research for 1099, 1042 issuance In charge of tax compliance Liaison and smooth communication with group companies and outside tax consultants (big4) Requirements: 2-4 years of Big 4 corporate tax senior or equivalent corporate tax experience Consolidation experiences of multiple entities Team player Hybrid (2-3 days commute per week) Business level bilingual Japanese preferred, but not required Benefits: Good benefit Job ID: 9426 Location: Midtown, Manhattan Industry: Financial Services Salary: 100k -150k City: New York State/Province: New York Country: United States Zip/Postal Code: 10017
