Lead strategic analysis of revenue trends, business partnerships performance, and growth opportunities to inform executive decision-making. Deliver insights that shape departmental strategies and drive revenue performance across key fundraising programs. Partner with senior leaders to provide data-driven guidance for course correction, investment prioritization, and opportunity identification. Translate complex findings into actionable insights and clear recommendations for business partners. Oversee the development of performance dashboards and reporting tools to monitor KPIs, corporate fundraising health, and regional collaboration. Guide the standardization and enhancement of reporting frameworks to ensure consistent, high-quality insights across the organization. Present strategic findings and performance updates to senior leaders, ensuring insights are aligned with organizational priorities. Collaborate with internal partners to evolve reporting needs based on shifting business strategy and revenue goals. Manage enhancements to revenue data systems, with a focus on data accuracy, automation, and reporting efficiency. Partner with the Business Intelligence and Technology teams to optimize data flows, infrastructure, and tool integration. Ensure alignment between data strategy and enterprise reporting architecture, particularly within Tableau and the EDW ecosystem. Lead user testing and quality assurance efforts for new dashboards, analytics tools, reporting and efficiency/automation enhancements. Identify and implement improvements to increase reporting accuracy, usability, and responsiveness. Serve as a strategic partner to Revenue leaders, Campaign Strategy, and Finance in aligning revenue insights with planning, forecasting, and execution. Influence the adoption of data-driven decision-making through strategic storytelling, clear reporting, and collaborative problem-solving. Support senior leadership conversations with insights, risk indicators, and actionable intelligence to drive performance. Mentor and guide junior analysts and managers, building analytical capabilities across the revenue insights function. Education & Experience Requirements:

Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree (MBA, MPA, or Master's in Business Analytics, Finance, or related field) preferred. Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in revenue analytics, business intelligence, or performance strategypreferably in a nonprofit, fundraising, or mission-driven environment. Demonstrated experience translating complex data into actionable insights for senior leaders, with a strong ability to influence strategic decisions. Proficient in analytical tools such as Tableau (including AI capabilities), Excel, SQL, and Salesforce; experience working with enterprise data warehouses (EDW) strongly preferred. Proven ability to develop executive-level dashboards, KPI tracking systems, and performance reporting frameworks. Strong understanding of fundraising performance metrics, revenue forecasting, and campaign analytics. Excellent communication and storytelling skillsable to synthesize data and present to cross-functional stakeholders, including department heads and senior leadership. Collaborative leader with experience guiding cross-functional initiatives, mentoring junior analysts, and aligning insights with broader organizational goals. Highly organized and adaptable, with the ability to lead through ambiguity, manage competing priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Physical Demands & Work Environment:
