Portfolio Manager
East West Bank is currently seeking a Portfolio Manager for the Commercial Real Estate Banking team. Responsibilities include: Performing risk rating on new and existing loans Making recommendations on the structure of credit for approval Developing solutions for problem loan credit Responsible for credit risk and quality of portfolio Performing maintenance on portfolio of loans Maintaining and expanding client relationship Managing loan renewal process Participating in community and business functions Developing other deposits services relationship May perform other duties as assigned Qualifications include: Bachelor's degree or combination of education and directly related experience 2+ years of banking experience Strong understanding of credit policy and procedures and ability to accurately risk-rate loans/credits, evaluate both cash-flow and collateral-based loans/credits Develop problem loan credit solutions Strong knowledge base in Treasury, FX and Derivative products and demonstrated abilities in coordinating the resources of the bank to bring effective full service solutions to the company Applicants must have legal authorization to work in the United States. We do not offer visa sponsorship at this time. The base pay range for this position is USD $75,000.00/Yr. - USD $150,000.00/Yr. Exact offers will be determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and location.
