About the Role
The Company is in search of a seasoned Head of VIP Account Management to spearhead the growth and optimization of a dynamic VIP team within a crypto-native casino setting. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing a team of VIP Account Managers, with a focus on driving performance, retention, and revenue growth. This role involves the development and execution of a comprehensive VIP strategy that encompasses all aspects of the player lifecycle, from acquisition to reactivation. The Head of VIP Account Management will also be tasked with building and refining VIP segmentation, reward structures, and loyalty programs specifically designed for high-value crypto players.
Applicants must have a proven track record in managing VIP Account Managers within a crypto casino or crypto sportsbook environment, with a strong background in high-value player management in iGaming. A deep understanding of crypto-native player behavior, payments, and ecosystems is essential, as is experience in scaling VIP programs in high-growth or startup environments. The role requires a leader with a commercial mindset, strong data-driven decision-making skills, and the ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-growth, and performance-driven environment. The Head of VIP Account Management will also be expected to collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize VIP journeys and promotional campaigns and to ensure the delivery of best-in-class service and engagement to top-tier VIP clients.
