Personal Lines Producer
to build a book of business while making a measurable impact within a high-energy, supportive culture. What Youll Do
Prospect and develop new commercial insurance accounts Build trusted relationships with business owners and key decision-makers Assess client exposures and design tailored coverage strategies Prepare and present proposals, negotiate terms, and bind coverage Collaborate with internal service and account management teams to support ongoing client needs Ensure compliance with carrier guidelines and regulatory requirements Maintain accurate pipeline and activity tracking within AMS360 What Were Looking For
Active Massachusetts Property & Casualty License (Rhode Island license a plus) Minimum 3 years of personal lines sales experience Experience working with small to mid-market accounts Proficiency in AMS360 or similar agency management systems Knowledge of insurance products including GL, BOP, contractors, hospitality, business auto, and commercial property Compensation & Growth
