Senior Audit Associate
to join our team and help deliver outstanding service across a diverse client base. Location: Syracuse or Rochester, NY | Hybrid Work Option Available Department: Audit Type: Full-Time As a Senior Audit Associate, you'll take on a key role in leading and executing audit engagements while mentoring junior team members and developing client relationships. You'll be empowered to make informed decisions, manage multiple priorities, and grow as a leader in a supportive and collaborative environment. Your responsibilities will include: Leading audits, reviews, and other assurance services from planning through completion Managing multiple engagements simultaneously and ensuring quality and timeliness of deliverables Guiding and mentoring junior staff, interns, and associates Applying your knowledge of GAAP and GAAS to complex accounting issues and client needs Conducting technical research and supporting conclusions with authoritative guidance Collaborating with clients and team members to identify improvements in internal processes and controls Actively contributing to firm initiatives and business development goals You bring a proactive mindset and a desire to build strong relationshipswith your team and your clients. You're comfortable managing engagements and enjoy mentoring others while continuing to learn and grow.
