We are looking for an experienced Inside Commercial Broker! A top insurance wholesaler in the Sacramento, CA area wants to add a resourceful and fast-learning professional to its team! They have offices in all 50 states and have all the resources to exceed expectations for Agents and Brokers in the industry. What's in it for you? $70,000 - $95,000 annual salary, depending on experience Hybrid/remote schedule Flexible schedule Full suite of benefits including dental, vision, and medical Rewards and growth incentives Generous paid time off and paid company holidays The Preferred Qualifications: Experience: 3-5+ years of Commercial Lines, Wholesale and/or Broker experience License: Property & Casualty License Knowledgeable: A high level of expertise and commanding knowledge of insurance products, markets, ratings, etc. Software: Microsoft Office, carrier website navigation, and other software systems as needed for the position Communication and Customer Service: Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills and a drive to offer superior client service The Position: Provide a positive customer service experience Assist with providing helpful and professional service and insurance needs to Brokers and Agents Renewing lines of coverage and cross-selling Assisting clients with billing questions, claims, coverage questions Binding and checking policies Requesting endorsements, claims, and marketing renewals Why Insurance Relief?
