
New Accounts Specialist

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
Process new account openings, ensuring all required documentation is complete and compliant with KYC/CIP/AML standards
Perform account maintenance updates including changes to client information, account attributes, and documentation
Investigate and resolve CAIS exception errors, ensuring timely remediation and accurate data integrity
Review and validate client data across internal systems to ensure consistency and compliance
Partner with Compliance, Operations, and Front Office teams to resolve onboarding and account-related issues
Maintain accurate records and documentation for audit and regulatory purposes
Required Skills & Experience:
Experience supporting new accounts onboarding and account maintenance within financial services
Familiarity with CAIS exception processing and resolution
Knowledge of KYC, AML, and CIP regulatory requirements
Experience with BETA and Phase 3 systems strongly preferred
Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities
Excellent communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally
