Position Overview
Server-
As a Server, you will be the face of our restaurant, providing friendly, attentive service in a fast-paced, high-energy environment. You'll create a welcoming experience for every guest by taking orders, delivering food and beverages. This role requires strong communication skills, the ability to multitask, and a positive, team-oriented attitude. Cook (Line/Grill/Fryer)
As a Cook, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality menu items in a fast-paced kitchen environment. You'll work as part of team to ensure accurate and consistent menu items. This role requires attention to detail, efficiency, the ability to work under pressure, and a strong commintment to cleanliness, organization, and food safetty standards.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and cook various food items according to recipes and quality standards Maintain a clean and organized work area Assist in the setup and breakdown of the kitchen Collaborate effectively with team members Manage inventory and ensure freshness of ingredients
Qualifications
Experience in a bar/brewery/restaurant setting (Preferred but Not Required) Understanding of food safety and sanitation practices Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail Effective communication skills Food Handling Certificate preferred but not required Alcohol ServSafe Certification (Required or willing to Obtain) Reliability & Punctuality
