Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Travel Superintendent. The Travel Superintendent will oversee on-site construction activities, ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and on time. Responsibilities include managing subcontractors, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, maintaining schedules, and coordinating with project teams to meet client expectations. The role requires frequent travel to different project sites to oversee various phases of construction.
Qualifications
Experience in on-site construction management, including scheduling, planning, and overseeing subcontractors Solid knowledge of safety standards, building codes, and compliance requirements Proficient in project coordination and stakeholder communication Strong problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills in dynamic environments Proficiency in construction management software and tools Willingness and ability to travel frequently for projects nationwide Experience in retail remodels or commercial projects is a plus High school diploma or equivalent required; a degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred
