We are seeking a Senior Personal Lines Insurance Placement Specialist to lead the underwriting, placement, and production of complex personal lines risks across a diverse, nationwide client base. This role serves as a subject matter expert in designing sophisticated coverage solutions for high-value homes, automobiles, watercraft, umbrella policies, and specialty exposures. Operating across both admitted and non-admitted markets, the Senior Placement Specialist is responsible for driving consistent production performance, influencing placement strategy, and elevating the quality of risk selection. This individual will partner closely with agents and carriers to deliver best-in-class outcomes while mentoring team members and contributing to the continuous advancement of brokerage capabilities. Key Responsibilities

Lead underwriting and placement strategy for complex and high-value personal lines accounts, ensuring optimal coverage structures and profitability. Consistently exceed monthly and quarterly production goals, serving as a top contributor to team revenue and growth initiatives. Act as a senior advisor to agents and clients, providing expert guidance on nuanced risks, market conditions, and tailored insurance solutions. Design and execute advanced placement strategies utilizing both admitted and non-admitted carrier markets to address unique and emerging exposures. Cultivate and manage strategic carrier relationships to negotiate favorable terms, pricing, and coverage enhancements. Mentor and support team members, sharing technical expertise, best practices, and market insights to elevate overall team performance. Drive innovation and process improvement initiatives, identifying opportunities to enhance workflow efficiency, placement speed, and service quality. Perform in-depth risk analysis and portfolio management, ensuring disciplined underwriting standards and long-term account profitability. Ensure full compliance with carrier guidelines, regulatory requirements, and internal governance standards, serving as a model for operational excellence. Contribute to strategic planning and market intelligence, providing insights on industry trends, carrier appetite, and competitive positioning. Preferred Qualifications

Extensive experience in personal lines underwriting and brokerage placement, with a focus on complex or high-net-worth accounts. Demonstrated success in exceeding production goals and managing a profitable book of business. Deep knowledge of admitted and excess & surplus (E&S) markets. Strong negotiation skills and established carrier relationships. Proven ability to mentor others and influence team performance. Advanced analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities. Requirements:

Experience working with diverse insurance risks and personal lines coverages. Strong communication, relationship management, and negotiation skills. Detail-oriented and results-driven mindset with a focus on solutions. Proficiency in insurance systems, rating tools, and Microsoft Office Suite. Education/Experience:

Minimum 3-5 years of experience in personal lines underwriting, insurance placement, or a related role. Physical Demands
