Digital Marketing Manager
National Real Estate Advisors is seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to lead and execute the firm's digital marketing ecosystem, with a primary focus on content distribution, digital platforms, analytics, and optimization. This role is responsible for managing and evolving National's email newsletters, intranet, website, blog, social media channels, digital asset management system, and AI-enabled marketing tools. Key Responsibilities: Digital Content & Distribution
Manage firmwide newsletters and email communications using Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including segmentation, scheduling, QA, and performance tracking. Own and maintain the corporate blog and digital content pipeline. Support digital storytelling across corporate, fund, and asset-level initiatives. Website & Intranet Management
Manage the corporate website, including updates, publishing, and optimization. Own strategy and execution for the internal intranet. Monitor usability, analytics, and user behavior to inform improvements. Social Media Strategy & Optimization
Execute and optimize social media channels. Refine social strategy to improve reach and engagement. Ensure alignment with broader marketing and business goals. Digital Asset Management
Administer the firm's DAM system. Maintain standards, metadata, permissions, and workflows. Train internal teams on DAM best practices. AI & Marketing Technology
Support implementation of AI-enabled marketing tools. Identify opportunities for responsible AI integration. Stay current on digital and AI trends. Analytics & Reporting
Track and report performance across digital channels. Translate data into insights and recommendations. Develop dashboards and summaries for leadership. Vendor & Project Management
Serve as the day-to-day point of contact for digital agencies, design, production, and communications partners. Track timelines, assign tasks, and manage workflow across multiple concurrent projects. Other Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Strict adherence to the terms and provisions as detailed in National's Employee Handbook. 2. Complete compliance with National's Regulatory Compliance Manual, Code of Ethics and underlying compliance policies and procedures. 3. Must demonstrate commitment to National's pragmatic stewardship approach in daily business activities, including meeting our overarching fiduciary responsibilities and whenever feasible, incorporating energy and resource conservation practices to produce more profitable results for our clients. 4. Organize, attend and actively contribute to internal Staff meetings. 5. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications: 1. 46 years of experience in digital marketing or marketing operations. 2. Experience with email marketing platforms (Salesforce preferred). 3. Experience managing websites, social media, and content workflows. 4. DAM experience; Bynder or similar preferred. 5. Strong analytics and reporting skills. 6. Comfort with AI-assisted tools and marketing technology. 7. Strong organizational and communication skills. Work Environment:
This job primarily operates in an office setting. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers and phones. It is a sedentary role in a professional environment; however, incumbent is required to regularly walk, sit, talk and/or hear, reach with hands and arms.
