Manage all on-site construction activities to ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget. Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, ensuring adherence to project plans and safety standards. Monitor project progress, resolve issues, and provide regular updates to stakeholders. Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies at the construction site. Collaborate with project managers to develop and maintain project schedules and budgets. Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to design specifications. Maintain clear communication with clients, architects, and engineers to address project needs and expectations. Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports as required.
