Oversee all phases of commercial construction projects, including ground-up construction and tenant improvement. Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure timely project completion. Supervise and manage on-site construction activities and ensure compliance with safety regulations. Utilize Procore software to manage project documentation and communication. Monitor project schedules, budgets, and quality standards. Resolve any on-site issues and provide guidance to the construction team. Conduct regular site inspections to ensure adherence to plans and specifications. Maintain strong client relationships and ensure excellent customer satisfaction.
