Oversee daily construction site operations and ensure projects meet deadlines and budget requirements. Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site personnel. Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment. Review project plans, specifications, and schedules to ensure accuracy and feasibility. Monitor progress and prepare regular reports for stakeholders. Address and resolve any issues or challenges during the construction process. Ensure quality standards are met throughout the project lifecycle. Communicate effectively with project managers, architects, and clients. A successful Superintendent should have: Proven experience in the Property industry, specifically within construction and project management. Strong leadership and communication skills to manage teams effectively. Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance requirements.
