Construction Superintendent Manage and oversee residential interior construction projects in New York from start to finish. Ensure high-end finishes, including tile, millwork, and MEP systems, etc. meet quality standards. Coordinate and supervise construction teams and subcontractors on-site. Maintain and enforce safety protocols and regulations at all times. Collaborate with architects, designers, and clients to ensure project specifications are met. Monitor project timelines and budgets to ensure timely and cost-effective completion. Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality and compliance with project plans. Resolve any issues or challenges that may arise during the construction process.
