Looking for a
DOB Licensed Superintendent
to lead field operations on a
20-story ground-up residential project in Brooklyn . This is a hands‑on role responsible for driving the job from sitework through full vertical construction and closeout.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Oversee
day‑to‑day field operations
from excavation and foundation through superstructure, façade, MEP, and interior finishes
Manage all
subcontractors, site logistics, and sequencing
in a tight NYC environment
Enforce
NYC DOB regulations, safety protocols, and site compliance
Coordinate closely with Project Management, ownership, and design teams
Lead
site meetings, inspections, and progress tracking
Maintain and drive the
construction schedule
and ensure milestones are met
Identify and resolve field issues quickly to keep work moving
Oversee
quality control and punch list through closeout
What They’re Looking For:
Active
NYC DOB Superintendent License (required)
10–20+ years of construction experience with
strong high‑rise residential background
Proven experience running
ground‑up projects 15+ stories
in NYC
Deep knowledge of
concrete superstructure, façade systems, and MEP coordination
Strong understanding of
NYC DOB requirements, inspections, and compliance
Ability to manage multiple trades and maintain control of the site
