Role Description
This is a contract, on-site role for a DOB Licensed Construction Superintendent located in Queens, NY. The Construction Superintendent will visit the project daily and complete the Superintendents log on site. Qualifications and Experience
Current NYC DOB Superintendent License required Current NYC Supervisor SST card required Proven expertise in Construction Site Management and Construction Safety Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively In-depth knowledge of Federal, State, and Local safety and building regulations Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills Experience in safety audits and onsite safety compliance
