Job Opportunity: Construction Superintendent (Ground-Up Projects)
Mid-Senior Level | Full-Time | NYC License Required
We’re seeking a seasoned
Construction Superintendent
to oversee large-scale, ground-up construction projects. This is a hands‑on site leadership role for an expert in lump sum contracting with a commitment to quality, safety, and deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead on-site construction activities from start to finish
Supervise trades and vendors for quality, schedule, and safety
Coordinate material deliveries and approvals
Manage site reports, time sheets, compliance forms, and logs
Conduct inspections and coordinate with banks and project teams
Enforce safety protocols and site security
Support budget reviews and subcontractor requisitions
What We’re Looking For:
10+ years’ construction experience; 5+ years in supervision
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Proficient in blueprint reading, project documentation, and Microsoft Office
Procore experience preferred
Bachelor's degree preferred (or equivalent experience)
Must hold an active
NYC Construction Superintendent License
