Business And Strategic It Growth Director
Are you looking to make an impact by joining a growing, dynamic team supporting a large Government Agency? CGI Federal is seeking an experienced leader to join the program. Contribute to the growth of the program by leveraging your expertise in business development, stakeholder engagement, and strategic alignment of CGI's offerings with client needs. You will be part of the overall leadership team, providing expertise, guidance, consultation, facilitation, and thought leadership to the client and CGI members. This position is located in Arlington, VA. Your future duties and responsibilities include: Serve as a strategic leader in aligning CGI's technical offerings with client needs, focusing on business development and stakeholder engagement. Provide leadership and vision in driving the direction and strategy of our technical work, including Cloud Applications, AI, Data Analytics, Cloud Computing, and Financial Reporting. Foster strong relationships with clients through collaboration, trust, and partnership, including in-person meetings at government sites in Washington D.C. and Northern Virginia. Lead a team of professionals to achieve business development goals and enhance client connections. Develop and maintain strong consulting skills and relevant domain knowledge within your team to provide impactful client solutions. Provide insights and updates regarding program health to clients and key stakeholders, both externally and within CGI. Ensure that contractual requirements are met while focusing on expanding business opportunities and client satisfaction. Required qualifications to be successful in this role include: Bachelor's Degree and 12+ years of professional experience consulting to the federal government in IT, with a proven track record in business development and stakeholder engagement. Strong people management skills, experienced in leading, empowering, and developing high-performing teams. Experience in client engagement management and relationship building. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Excellent organizational skills and demonstrated emotional intelligence; ability to juggle numerous client stakeholders, delivery, and business development activities. Strong decision-making, judgment, and analytical skills. Able to obtain secret clearance. Desired qualifications/non-essential skills required: Experience supporting the U.S. Department of State. Technical leadership in Cloud Applications. CGI is required by law in some jurisdictions to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to skill set, level, experience, relevant training, and licensure and certifications. To support the ability to reward for merit-based performance, CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $100,800.00 - $245,500.00.
