Trustbridge Hospice, a member of Empath Health, is seeking an inspiring and forward-thinking Regional Director of Admissions (RN) to lead and elevate the hospice admissions experience. In this pivotal role, you will oversee regional admissions operations, guide a high-performing clinical team, and ensure patients and families receive timely, compassionate access to care. You'll serve as the central escalation point for admissions needs, driving operational excellence, service consistency, and strong referral relationships. Since 1978, Trustbridge Hospice has been honored to serve families across Palm Beach and Broward counties with compassionate, community-based care. What You'll Do Lead and oversee regional hospice admissions operations, ensuring timely, compliant, and compassionate access to Empath Health services across Palm Beach and Broward counties. Develop, mentor, and empower a high-performing admissions team through coaching, engagement, and performance accountability. Serve as the primary escalation point for admissions and access issues, providing steady leadership support and ensuring seamless 24/7 responsiveness. Monitor key admissions metrics, identify trends, and implement process improvements that enhance efficiency, quality, and the overall patient and family experience. Build and strengthen strategic relationships with internal teams, referral partners, and community stakeholders to support growth and streamline access pathways. What You'll Need Active Florida Registered Nurse (RN) license with hospice admissions experience Leadership experience is key - Minimum 3 years of leadership experience, preferably in hospice admissions, access, or sales-related functions with teams of 20+ team members Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred Strong knowledge of hospice and palliative care regulations and compliance standards Valid CPR certification, reliable transportation, and ability to travel between multiple locations Bilingual skills preferred Location: This role will work onsite in our West Palm Beach Office What You'll Find at Empath Health Unified in empathy, we serve our communities through extraordinary Full Life Care for All.
