Asset Management Associate
Bridge Debt Strategies is seeking an Asset Management Associate to assist in the ongoing asset management of a portfolio of real estate debt investments and review and analyze property-level operating statements, rent rolls, and borrower reporting to evaluate loan performance, business plan execution, and credit trends. Key Responsibilities:
Review, analyze, and process borrower requests including loan modifications, extension options, reserve and capital improvement draw requests, and property releases; prepare materials for senior management approval Prepare internal and external reporting packages, including quarterly business plan updates, annual investor reporting, CLO reporting, and internal performance reports Monitor and ensure that each loan is in compliance with loan covenants, cash management provisions, and reporting requirements as outlined in the loan documents Re-underwrite existing direct loan investments by gathering due diligence and proactively identifying any potential credit, market, or performance risks Coordinate loan onboarding and ongoing administration internally while working closely with third-party servicers Work closely with originations/deal teams, finance, legal, servicing, and additional third parties to ensure efficient loan management and compliance Conduct site inspections as needed What You Should Bring
2 to 5 years of experience in real estate asset management, lending, and/or finance Bachelor's degree from a top-tier university Strong understanding of real estate cash flow modeling, valuation, and credit analysis across all property types Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong analytical, organizational, and time management abilities Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet competing deadlines Proven ability to work independently while also contributing effectively in a collaborative, team-oriented environment What You Can Be Apart Of

The anticipated wage scale for candidates who will work in New York is $125,000-$200,000 per year. The hired applicant will also be eligible for an annual performance based discretionary bonus. The final pay offered to a successful candidate will be dependent on several factors that may include but are not limited to the type and years of experience within the job, the type of years and experience within the industry, education, etc. What We Offer
