Senior Graphic Designer

Our client is seeking a Senior Designer to step into a highly collaborative agency environment and contribute across a range of print, digital, and social initiatives. This is an opportunity to concept from scratch, partner closely with strategy and account teams, and bring ideas to life in a studio-driven, creative culture. You Will: Concept and execute design work from initial idea through final production across print, digital, and social channels. Collaborate closely with strategists and account partners to translate client needs into compelling creative solutions. Participate in ideation sessions and contribute original concepts that align with brand and campaign objectives. Work within a fast-paced agency environment, managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously. Refine and evolve creative based on feedback while maintaining a high level of craft and attention to detail. Engage in a highly collaborative, in-person team culture that values creativity, energy, and shared ideas. You Have: A strong portfolio showcasing concept-driven design work across multiple channels, including print, digital, and social. Experience working in an agency environment with exposure to a variety of clients and project types. The ability to take projects from concept through execution with minimal direction. Strong communication skills and comfort working cross-functionally with strategy and account teams. A collaborative mindset and the ability to thrive in a team-oriented, creative studio environment. Proficiency in standard design tools and a strong eye for typography, layout, and visual storytelling. Logistics: Start Date/Duration:
