Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Revenue Specialist to join our Billing Systems Setup team within the Revenue Operations Department. This role is ideal for individuals who are ambitious, results-driven, and thrive in fast-paced environments. The Revenue Specialist will play a critical role in ensuring billing accuracy, optimizing revenue cycle processes, and resolving payer and system setup issues with a "get it right the first time" mindset.

Key Responsibilities: RCM System Management:

Maintain billing system integrity by updating charge masters, clinical codes, and billing templates (UB-04/CMS-1500) to ensure alignment with payer requirements.

Payer Strategy & Analysis:

Partner with insurance providers to interpret contracts and coverage terms, ensuring accurate reimbursement and execution of Single Patient Agreements.

Operational Optimization:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify workflow gaps and implement data-driven process improvements across the revenue cycle.

Data Integrity & Compliance:

Ensure accurate entry of facility and provider data while maintaining strict compliance with HIPAA and data privacy standards.

Revenue Issue Resolution:

Analyze billing and reimbursement issues, aggregate data, and support resolution efforts to improve financial outcomes. Required Qualifications:

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel

Solid knowledge of insurance processes and revenue cycle workflows

Resourceful, proactive, and able to independently seek solutions

Strong multitasking, analytical, and organizational skills

High attention to detail and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with insurance contracting

Prior experience in revenue operations or healthcare billing systems
