This role involves overseeing a range of medical equipment, providing hands-on experience, and delivering leadership in process improvement. The Director will manage a team of supervisors and technical professionals, ensuring operational excellence and client satisfaction. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in healthcare technology management and be well-versed in day-to-day service challenges. They will collaborate with regional leaders to optimize clinical engineering services, driving patient outcomes and aligning with organizational goals. Key Responsibilities: Oversee clinical staff for program management and regulatory compliance (CIHQ, DNV, JACHO). Lead project management and capital planning initiatives. Foster strong client and customer relationships. Manage purchasing and subcontracting operations. Oversee financial performance and budget management. Lead hiring, training, and development of staff. Drive organic sales growth. Requirements: Basic Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. 5+ years of experience managing biomedical services in a large healthcare system. Knowledge of regulatory compliance (CIHQ, DNV, JACHO). Proven executive and C-suite experience. Strong business acumen and leadership skills.
