International Trade Compliance Manager / Senior Specialist

$75,000 – $80,000 About the Role M.G. Suber & Associates, LLC (MGS, LLC) is seeking an International Trade Compliance professional to support export/import compliance activities across a diverse client base. This role is primarily focused on licensing and regulatory execution, with an initial emphasis on compliance audits and assessments, and ongoing advisory support. This is a hands-on, on-site role ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, execution-focused, and comfortable working directly with regulatory requirements and documentation. Key Responsibilities Prepare and manage export license applications (ITAR/EAR) Support classification and commodity jurisdiction determinations Conduct initial compliance audits, assessments, and gap analyses Maintain and organize required compliance documentation and records Provide guidance on export/import regulatory requirements Support transaction reviews to ensure regulatory compliance Assist with development and implementation of compliance procedures Collaborate with internal teams and clients on trade compliance matters Travel up to 10–20% as needed Basic Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or related field (or equivalent experience) 3–7+ years of experience in international trade compliance Working knowledge of ITAR and EAR Experience with export licensing and regulatory documentation Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Effective written and verbal communication skills
