Addison Group is partnering with our client, a large, mission-driven organization, to identify a Total Rewards & Leave Specialist. This organization supports a sizable workforce and is committed to delivering meaningful services through strong employee programs and operational excellence. Job Title: Total Rewards & Leave Specialist Industry: Nonprofit / Healthcare Services Location: Pennsylvania (Erie, Pittsburgh, or Philadelphia) Assignment Type: Direct Hire Pay: $70,000 $72,000 annually Work Schedule: Monday Friday, 8:30 AM 5:30 PM Benefits: This position is eligible for medical, dental, vision, and 401(k). Job Description: The Total Rewards & Leave Specialist will support the administration of compensation, benefits, leave programs, and retirement plans. This position works closely with HR team members to ensure employees receive accurate information and consistent support. The role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, systems, and employee-facing processes in a detail-driven environment. Key Responsibilities: Maintain compensation data including salary ranges, job structures, and system updates Process employee pay changes such as increases, promotions, and adjustments Compile and analyze workforce data to support reporting and planning efforts Assist with compensation reviews and market analysis activities Support benefits administration including enrollments, updates, and vendor coordination Manage leave of absence processes, including tracking, documentation, and communication Maintain retirement plan records and assist with contribution updates Prepare reports for audits, compliance, and internal analysis Partner with HR and payroll to ensure data accuracy across systems Provide guidance to employees regarding pay, benefits, and leave policies Qualifications: 35 years of experience in compensation, benefits, leave administration, or HR operations Experience working with HRIS systems and payroll platforms Strong Excel skills and ability to work with data and reporting High attention to detail and strong organizational skills Excellent written and verbal communication abilities Ability to simplify and explain complex information Strong problem-solving skills and sound judgment Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field required HR certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) are a plus Additional Details: Newly created role HR team size: 10+ Organization size: approximately 3,000 employees Interview process: three steps (virtual interviews followed by final onsite/presentation) Target start date: Early April Perks: Flexible work location within Pennsylvania, including remote options Opportunity to join a well-established and collaborative HR team Exposure to multiple areas of total rewards including compensation, benefits, and leave Stable organization with long-term growth potential Opportunity to work on impactful HR programs and initiatives Addison Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
