Opportunity to lead a well-established assisted living community Supportive ownership and leadership team Meaningful work serving seniors and their families Competitive salary (DOE) + benefits package Key Responsibilities Community Leadership & Operations Direct and oversee all daily operations of the community Ensure services meet or exceed company standards and resident expectations Maintain resident dignity, privacy, and rights at all times Financial Management Operate within approved budgets and drive financial performance Assist in developing annual operating and capital budgets Monitor expenses and implement strategies to improve revenue and control costs Team Leadership & Development Recruit, hire, train, and retain high-performing team members Supervise department leaders, including: Resident Care Coordinator Food Services Director Marketing Director Activities Director Maintenance and Housekeeping Teams Ensure compliance with all HR policies, employment laws, and company procedures Occupancy & Marketing Drive census growth and maintain stable occupancy levels Lead community outreach and marketing initiatives Build strong relationships with residents, families, and referral sources Regulatory Compliance & Quality Assurance Ensure full compliance with all state and federal assisted living regulations Maintain licensing standards and work collaboratively with regulatory agencies Uphold high standards of cleanliness, safety, and facility maintenance Resident Experience Foster a positive, engaging, and supportive environment for residents Maintain strict confidentiality of resident information Address concerns promptly and professionally Qualifications Must meet state requirements for Assisted Living Facility Administrator Proven experience in healthcare or senior living management (long-term care preferred) Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Financial and operational management experience Passion for working with seniors and enhancing their quality of life Work Environment Full-time, on-site leadership role Fast-paced environment requiring strong decision-making and multitasking skills Frequent interaction with residents, families, staff, and community partners If you are a motivated leader who thrives in a service-driven environment and wants to make a meaningful impact, we encourage you to apply today!
