Service BDC Representative

Be the first point of contact for our service customers, creating a positive and professional first impression
Schedule and confirm service appointments with accuracy and efficiency
Assist customers with questions about services, parts, and recalls
Follow up with customers through phone, text, and email
Support service advisors by helping manage communication and workflow
Reach out to customers based on service campaigns and marketing initiatives
Handle inbound inquiries from our website and phone lines
Track and log all customer interactions in our system
Reschedule missed appointments and maintain consistent follow-up
What We're Looking For
Strong communication skills you're confident, friendly, and professional
A natural ability to build rapport and relationships with customers
Organized and detail-oriented with strong multitasking skills
Comfortable working on a computer and managing multiple systems
Previous customer service, call center, or phone experience is a plus
A team player mindset with a willingness to jump in and help
