Director of TPH Academy Denver

The Role
As Director, you are the
Chief Architect
of the Denver campus. This role requires a unique blend of passion, precision, drive,
and salesmanship
.
You are, essentially, a FIVE-in-one leader:
Part Coach
with a genuine passion for competitive athletics Part Athletic Director
with the organizational prowess to manage logistics in an athletic setting Part Recruiter,
serving as
the driving force responsible for filling the academy, hitting
capacity, and achieving recruiting goals through community outreach and enrollment management. Part Educator
with an appreciation for academic rigor and mentorship Part Administrator
with the administrative precision to manage budgets and personnel.
What You Will Own & Drive
Recruitment & Enrollment Develop and execute aggressive strategies to recruit student-athletes Responsible for ensuring the Academy meets and exceeds its enrollment capacity and growth targets
Vision & Strategy Lead the strategic growth of the Academy, expanding its presence and impact within the Denver student-athlete community
Operations & Administration Oversee all daily functions, including scheduling, logistics, budget management, and compliance, ensuring a world-class experience for students
Culture & Personnel Build, manage, and inspire a team of dedicated academic and athletic team members Cultivate a high-performance culture defined by excellence, respect, and development
Student-Athlete Success Ensure the delivery of TPH's integrated model, driving both high academic achievement and elite athletic skill development
Who You Are (The Must-Haves)
Entrepreneurial Appetite & Sales Drive Proven ability or strong desire to build, manage P&L,
and actively recruit/close enrollments
Athletics & Education Background Deep connection to or experience within competitive athletics (e.g., coaching, playing at a high level, Athletic Director role) An appreciation for or experience in academic leadership
Executive Functioning Skills IImpeccable organizational, administrative, and strategic planning abilities Thrive in a dynamic, high-paced environment
Position comes with full benefits. $70,000-90,000 base pay with the potential to earn additional compensation through performance-based incentives and holding enhanced qualifications.
