Social Media Creator
We're looking for a Social Media Creator to take full ownership of ElevenLabs' Instagram and TikTok presence. We already have a highly engaged audience of creators across Youtube, Linkedin, X and Instagram. Now, we're focused on further deepening our impact across short-form content for Instagram (where we recently crossed 100K followers) and TikTok, scaling those channels in a meaningful, long-term way. This role is about building and growing accounts that people genuinely want to follow. You'll be responsible for strategy, execution, and growth, working across copywriting, content creation, experimentation, and community-building while representing the ElevenLabs brand at a very high standard. You'll have a high degree of autonomy, frequent opportunities to collaborate with some of the world's leading AI creators, and the chance to make a visible, lasting impact on how ElevenLabs shows up to the creator community. What You'll Do Own the strategy, content and day-to-day execution for ElevenLabs' Instagram and TikTok accounts. (and YouTube Shorts) Develop and test content ideas that resonate with creators and creatives globally. Write compelling scripts and copy, shaping narratives that feel native to each platform. Work with internal teams and external creators to produce high-quality static and video content. Experiment with formats, trends, and growth tactics to continuously improve reach and engagement. Build and nurture an engaged community through comments, DMs, and creator interactions. Track performance, learn from data, and iterate quickly based on what works. Who You Are We're looking for someone who is deeply excited about social growth and creator culture, and who takes pride in building things from the ground up. You'll thrive in this role if you: Are or have previously been a creator with above 10k followers. Are passionate about audio AI and excited by the opportunity to make creative tools more accessible worldwide. Are highly motivated, self-directed, and comfortable taking ownership from day one. Care deeply about quality and consistently aim to exceed expectations. Think analytically about growth, experimentation, and distribution, not just content creation. Move quickly, learn fast, and adapt easily in a fast-changing environment. Work autonomously, take initiative, and leave ego at the door. What You Bring Required You've scaled at least one Instagram or TikTok account to 50k+ followers. Nice to Have You've grown multiple accounts (your own or for companies/creators), or worked in social media roles where growth was a core responsibility. Strong scriptwriting and copywriting skills with a sharp sense for what performs on social platforms. Experience ideating and producing static and video content (hands-on creation is a strong bonus). A strong intuition for trends, formats, and cultural moments on Instagram and TikTok. Comfort experimenting, failing fast, and doubling down on what works. Comfortable with being on camera to entertain and educate viewers in an engaging way. This is a highly creative role with real ownership and impact ideal for someone who wants to build iconic social channels at one of the most exciting AI companies in the world.
