ABOUT THE ROLE
A Leading Senior Living community in your area is now recruiting for a Full- Time on site Facilities Director.
The Facilities Manager leads overall maintenance for the building and grounds and plays a key role in ensuring regulatory compliance and life safety standards are consistently met. Youll partner closely with on-site leadership and have support from our Corporate and Regional teams. Were seeking someone with maintenance experience in senior living or hospitality whos motivated to grow with a strong organization.
Typical Responsibilities Oversee preventative maintenance and day-to-day upkeep; ensure housekeeping standards are consistently met.
Maintain life safety compliance for assisted living/memory care and keep required documentation current.
Manage the electronic work order system; complete repairs or assign work as needed.
Coordinate vendors, services, and maintenance supplies.
Conduct unit inspections and manage the make-ready/turn process.
Respond to after-hours maintenance emergencies/on-call needs.
Supervise maintenance support staff and housekeeping; hire, train, coach, delegate, and manage performance.
Partner with community leadership and regional/corporate teams to align priorities and goals.
Minimum Qualifications
High school diploma/equivalent.
Clear written and verbal English communication.
3+ years Facilities management experience preferred, in senior living, hospitality or multifamily arena
Proficient with MS Office and electronic work order systems and ability to read blueprints.
Ability to work weekends/on call in a 24/7 operation.
Reliable attendance required.
