Canvasser- Phoenix, Arizona, Paid Canvassing Program
Right-Size Consulting is seeking motivated Canvassers to engage directly with voters in a high-volume, paid canvass program. Contractors will collect valid petition signatures in assigned geographic areas and submit completed signature packets in accordance with program validation standards. This could include door-to-door contact or general community outreach. This engagement is ideal for individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments, enjoy engaging with the public, and are able to meet signature validation standards and program deadlines. Given the nature of signature collection requirements, travel within the assigned state is likely necessary. Key Responsibilities
Conduct direct voter contact or signature collection consistent with program guidelines and applicable state laws. Represent the organization professionally and courteously at all times. Submit completed signature packets and required documentation for validation in accordance with program deadlines. Participate in required program orientation to review compliance standards, signature validation requirements, and submission procedures prior to performing services. Adhere to compliance, legal, and safety guidelines at all times. Coordinate with Team Leads as needed regarding available turf and submission timelines. Qualifications Required High school diploma or equivalent. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Willingness to travel within assigned state(s). Preferred Previous canvassing or field outreach experience. Familiarity with voter registration or petitioning programs. Basic data entry and mobile app proficiency for field reporting. Core Competencies

$20 per hour Travel:
If travel beyond the contractor's chosen geographic zone is required by the program, approved mileage may be reimbursed at the standard IRS mileage rate upon submission of appropriate documentation.
