Responsibilities: Supervises, coordinates and manages nursing activities for a defined group of patients within a hospital/clinical setting whose ages range from infants to geriatrics. Key Responsibilities: Develops and monitors master staffing plan for all units within Women's Services Division. Works collaboratively with Medical Staff. Serves as a resource to staff under this position and the organization at large. Exhibits accountability for operational expenses and budget. Qualifications: Education: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing Required Bachelor's Degree strongly Preferred Work Experience: 7 years of nursing experience to include a minimum of three (3) years of progressive management experience Required Licenses and Certifications: RN - Registered Nurse - Georgia State Licensure and/or NLC/eNCL Multistate Licensure Current License in the State of Georgia as a Registered Nurse or NLC/eNLC Multistate License Upon Hire Required and CPR - Cardiac Pulmonary Resuscitation Upon Hire Required and BCLS - Basic Life Support Upon Hire Required and ACLS Upon Hire Required and NRP - Neonatal Resuscitation Preferred Business Unit: Eastside Medical Center
