Are you great at administrative tasks? PrideStaff Financial on behalf of a client in Sunrise is seeking a dedicated Sales Administrator to provide excellent support to their sales team! Duties and Responsibilities: Preparing quotes Responding to customer calls and emails Assisting the sales staff in completing customer paperwork Entering all incoming orders into system and sending order confirmations to customers Follow up with customers to ensure they are satisfied with their products and services. Process orders via email and phone Check orders and invoices for accuracy Follow up on open quotes Contact clients to obtain missing information or answer queries Update sales and customer records Create purchase orders based on sales forecast Monitor current inventory levels to ensure that we have enough product on hand to fulfill customer requests Qualifications: 3+ years of experience in this role Proficient with Microsoft Office. Knowledge of QuickBooks Outstanding organizational and multitasking skills Able to prioritize work and succeed under deadlines. Must be willing to submit to a Background and a Drug Test Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $20.00 - $23.00
