Director Of Case Management Palm Springs, CA 92262 Job Summary: In this role, you will lead and oversee hospital case management operations to ensure effective utilization of resources, timely patient transitions, and compliance with regulatory standards. The Director of Case Management supports the Case Management Department and plays an important role in optimizing patient throughput, revenue cycle accuracy, and overall quality of care. Director Of Case Management Pay & Details: Pay range: $130,000$200,000 per year Schedule: Full-time, MondayFriday Location: On-site in Palm Springs, CA Bonus: $20,000 Sign-On Bonus Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package including Medical, Dental, Vision, and more Director Of Case Management Duties: Lead department operations to optimize patient throughput and support reimbursement for services. Oversee hospital Utilization Management Plan and use data to drive performance improvement. Ensure accurate medical necessity determinations and compliance with revenue cycle processes. Manage patient transition and discharge planning to support efficient care delivery. Develop and provide education to physicians, patients, and caregivers on hospital utilization and care coordination. Monitor and implement processes to prevent payer disputes and support denial prevention. Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations and accreditation standards Director Of Case Management Requirements: Required: Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Business, Healthcare Administration (RN) or Master's in Social Work (MSW). Active RN or LCSW/LMSW license in the state of practice. Minimum 3 years of acute hospital case management or healthcare leadership experience Preferred: Advanced degree such as MSN, MBA, MSW, or MHA.
