The Company is seeking a Managing Director of School Leadership to play a pivotal role in driving outcomes across its network of public charter schools. This senior leadership position is focused on the coaching, development, and management of School Leaders, serving as a critical link between organizational strategy and school-level execution. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the effective implementation of instructional priorities, leadership development, and operational systems across campuses, with the ultimate goal of improving student outcomes. Key responsibilities include leading continuous improvement, supporting School Leaders in achieving strong student outcomes, and identifying and addressing trends and gaps across schools.
Applicants for the Managing Director of School Leadership role at the company should have a Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 8 years' of experience in education, with at least 4 years' in school leadership roles. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in improving student outcomes, experience in developing and facilitating adult learning, and the ability to analyze data to drive continuous improvement. Strategic thinking, strong professional judgment, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders are essential. Experience in a multi-school system or network and a background in managing or coaching school leaders are also preferred. The role requires a leader who can operate both strategically and hands-on, with a focus on strengthening instructional quality, adult culture, and organizational effectiveness.
