Director Of Housekeeping
We are looking for an experienced Director of Housekeeping to lead our housekeeping team and maintain high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction. This role involves overseeing daily housekeeping operations, managing staff, and ensuring all areas of the hotel are clean and well-kept. Key responsibilities include: Overseeing housekeeping operations to ensure rooms and public areas are clean and well-maintained. Leading, training, and managing the housekeeping team, including scheduling and performance evaluations. Conducting regular inspections to maintain high cleanliness standards. Managing inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment. Addressing guest concerns or complaints related to housekeeping. Ensuring compliance with health and safety standards. Helping with budgeting and keeping housekeeping expenses within budget. Working closely with other departments for a seamless guest experience. Qualifications include: Previous experience in housekeeping management, ideally in a hotel. Strong leadership and organizational skills. Knowledge of cleaning procedures and safety standards. Good communication skills. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks. Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed. Wage: $15-$19/ hour
