A Bilingual Service Advisor acts as the primary liaison between customers and the service department, assisting both English- and non-English-speaking clients (often Spanish-speaking). The role focuses on delivering excellent customer service, accurately documenting vehicle concerns, and coordinating repairs. Key Responsibilities

Greet customers and assess vehicle service needs in both languages Translate conversations between customers and technicians when necessary Write up repair orders with clear, accurate descriptions of issues Explain recommended services, costs, and timelines Provide updates on repair status and notify customers of delays Upsell maintenance services (oil changes, tire rotations, etc.) Handle customer concerns and resolve complaints professionally Process payments and close out service tickets Maintain service records and ensure compliance with dealership policies Qualifications

Minimum of 1 year as a Service Advisor, Assistant Lane Manager, or Service Consultant experience preferred Proven record of achieving exceptional Customer Satisfaction Organized and friendly personality Exceptional communication skills with your customers Professional personal appearance Team oriented and self-motivated Able to work with little supervision Clean driving record Must have a high school diploma or GED A desire for a long-term career with a growing organization Personal and professional integrity
