Senior Director, Total Rewards
LaSalle Network is hiring on behalf of a global consumer products and manufacturing organization, seeking a Senior Director, Total Rewards to lead the strategy and execution of its global compensation programs and governance framework. This role will be a highly visible leadership position responsible for shaping and embedding the organization's pay philosophy across the business. The Senior Director, Total Rewards position combines strategic leadership with hands-on execution. The successful candidate will partner closely with HR Business Partners and senior business leaders to design and implement compensation structures, strengthen governance, and educate managers and employees on the organization's rewards philosophy. Senior Director, Total Rewards Responsibilities: Lead the development and implementation of the organization's global compensation strategy and frameworks. Establish governance, methodology, and structures that ensure consistent and equitable compensation practices across the company. Oversee job grading frameworks, compensation ratios, and leveling structures across the organization. Design and implement mechanisms that support and reinforce the company's pay philosophy. Partner closely with HR Business Partners and senior leaders to guide compensation-related decisions and reinforce rewards philosophy. Lead education initiatives for hiring managers and leaders to improve understanding of compensation practices and reward programs. Train HRBPs and business leaders on compensation governance, structures, and decision frameworks. Serve as a visible and trusted advisor to leadership on compensation strategy. Support global compensation programs and provide guidance across international markets. Manage and advise on executive compensation programs. Oversee global mobility, expatriate programs, and relocation frameworks. Oversee the design and administration of salary structures, benchmarking, and compensation planning processes. Ensure alignment of compensation practices across corporate and hourly populations. Partner with HR and business leaders to ensure competitive and equitable pay practices. Senior Director, Total Rewards Responsibilities: Bachelors degree required 10+ years of experience in Total Rewards or Compensation leadership experience Experience within consumer packaged goods (CPG), manufacturing, or similar industrial environments Experience supporting both corporate and hourly employee populations required Global exposure required, including familiarity with international compensation practices Experience designing and implementing job grading frameworks and compensation structures Experience supporting executive compensation, relocation, expatriate programs, and global mobility Comfortable operating in a highly visible, front-facing leadership role Ability to educate and influence managers and HR partners on compensation practices Strong collaboration skills with HRBPs and business leaders Player-coach mindset with willingness to lead both strategically and operationally Driven, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Base Salary: $225,000-$240,000 base salary Bonus: 30% target Location: Chicago, IL (Downtown Hybrid, 3 days onsite) Benefits: Comprehensive benefits including health, dental, vision, 401k offered If you are interested and meet the minimum requirements, apply today!
