Network Real Estate Specialist / Developer - II
Contract America Networks is a leading sensor and networking solutions partner for companies in any Industrial, Manufacturing, and Waste management space. We design and manufacture sensors for storage tanks, water metering, energy metering, gas monitoring, and asset management. Our founders are hardcore telecommunications engineers with combined 200+ years of experience in designing, optimizing and performance engineering; for several mid-large wireless carriers internationally - that saw a need to provide low power, cost efficient sensors to collect data, create alerts, and predict needed actions. We have combined these sensors with low power, wide area (LPWA) networking technologies to provide clients various options to decrease re-occurring costs associated with operating an IoT network of sensors and connected devices. We specialize in design, deployment, optimization, and support of these Networks. Whether an off-the-shelf or custom solution is needed, we'll create a solution and push the data on the best cloud platform to fit your needs, including your own. Manage Real Estate vendors from initial RF design through Release to Construction to include; managing the vendors, managing the tasks in Siterra/SiteTracker, managing the POs, working with the legal teams if necessary, and adhering to all project related policies to ensure accurate delivery of projects. Providing regular status updates and resolving issues as they arise. Provide financial management of projects and ensure that all line items in PeopleSoft are in compliance at all times. Provide team leadership and guidance. Provide the necessary direction for individual/team growth and development. Demonstrate professionalism by responding to e-mails promptly, actively participating in meetings, ability to explain issues clearly, providing updates, maintaining records, working with other departments, and understanding the impact of their job to the overall business. Establish quality assurance methods, procedures, and standards. Interface with internal and external departments. Must be able to project manage a large number of projects successfully at one time. Must be able to review and interpret leasing documents. Must be able to identify, analyze, and resolve Real Estate and lease related issues as needed to meet internal or external goals.
