You build collaborative relationships with dealerships and internal partners to support efficient, positive loan outcomes. What You Bring to the Role

One to three years of similar or related lending or financial services experience College degree preferred (or equivalent experience) Strong communication skills with the ability to deliver clear, concise instructions Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with dealerships and internal teams Proficiency in Microsoft Office Knowledge of federal and state credit regulations Ability to exercise judgment, diplomacy, and tact in sensitive situations Ability to coordinate effectively across departments As an Indirect Loan Specialist, you will play a key role in processing, evaluating, and underwriting indirect loan applications. You will assist dealerships and potential borrowers with application submissions, verify documentation, and make informed loan decisions in alignment with credit union policies and credit authority limits. You will be responsible for maintaining strong dealer relationships, communicating decisions promptlytypically within 15 minutesand ensuring all files are documented thoroughly, accurately, and in compliance with lending regulations.
