We're looking for a hands-on Roofing Superintendent who can lead crews, own job quality, and keep projects moving safely and efficiently. If you're the type who solves problems in the fieldnot behind a deskthis is your role. This position is critical to our operations, overseeing both commercial and residential roofing projects while driving safety, quality, and crew performance. What You'll Do
Lead and manage roofing crews and subcontractors in the field Ensure all work meets quality standards and project specs Run job sites scheduling, inspections, materials, and progress tracking Enforce safety protocols and OSHA compliance Maintain strong relationships with customers and field personnel Oversee job costing, labor efficiency, and budget adherence Conduct job site inspections and resolve issues in real-time Coordinate dispatch, payroll approvals, and reporting What You Bring
25+ years as a Superintendent in roofing or construction Strong knowledge of roofing systems (TPO, PVC, BUR, Modified, Tile, etc.) Ability to troubleshoot leaks and solve field issues quickly Experience managing crews and driving accountability Comfortable with schedules, inspections, and job tracking Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred OSHA knowledge (OSHA 30 within 90 days) Valid Florida driver's license What We Offer
