It involves managing client relationships and providing strategic consultation to ensure real estate solutions meet business needs. The role differentiates itself by translating business strategies into actionable real estate plans and collaborating across functions. Success is measured by the effectiveness of real estate strategies in supporting business goals and optimizing resource utilization. The work impacts the organization by enabling informed decision-making and facilitating workplace strategies that enhance operational performance.Job Responsibilities:Project & Portfolio Planning (Primary Focus)Maintain a forward-looking, integrated view of the WE project pipeline across: Corporate Real Estate, Facilities, Transactions, Strategy (planning alignment, not strategy ownership), Construction Project Management, Corporate Security, Executive Protection, Flight Operations, Business Systems & IntelligenceAlign scope, timing, and dependencies across multiple functionsTranslate approved direction into execution-ready plansIdentify execution risks, sequencing conflicts, and readiness gaps earlyIntake & Decision SupportSupport the Steering Committee with planning-focused intake summariesHighlight execution considerations, dependencies, and readiness-not strategy debateEnable efficient, asynchronous approvals by ensuring inputs are complete and consistentMaintain clarity on assumptions, scope boundaries, and handoffsExecution Coordination & MonitoringAct as the planning integrator during deliveryMonitor execution against approved scope, schedule, and cost assumptionsSurface exceptions early and coordinate cross-functional resolutionEnsure continuity from approval through closeoutEducation and Work Experience:Bachelor's Degree and 7 years of related work experienceOR a combination of education and experience deemed equivalent (Required)Acceptable areas of study include Business, Finance or related field (Preferred)7-10 years - Related work experience in a real estate client relationship management role.Reporting, Dashboards & Planning InsightsProvide real-time planning and execution visibility across WEMaintain dashboards focused on:Upcoming work readinessCross-functional dependenciesSchedule and sequencing risksCompare planned vs. actual outcomes to improve future planning accuracyAirtable & System Integration OwnershipOwn Airtable as the primary WE planning and integration platformDesign workflows to support:Intake review and routingProject planning and sequencingPortfolio-level visibility across functionsIntegrate and reconcile data from:Procore (construction delivery, cost, schedule)CoStar (lease data, exposure, key dates)Reduce manual reporting and improve data consistency across WE teamsCross-Functional PartnershipPartner closely with leaders and teams across: Corporate Real Estate, Facilities, Transactions, Strategy, Construction Project Management, Corporate Security, Executive Protection, Flight Operations, Business Systems & IntelligenceAct as a trusted planning partner who enables teams to execute efficientlyRequired Skills & ExperiencePlanning & D
