Our client is a Taiwan-based commercial bank that provides a broad range of financial services, including commercial, offshore, and overseas branch banking. Job Description
Oversee loan origination process from application to closing. Support a team of loan officers. Review loan applications and documentation. Conduct underwriting assessments to evaluate borrower creditworthiness and risk. Manage and oversee loan portfolios to ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies. Analyze loan applications and provide recommendations for approval or adjustments. Collaborate with internal teams to streamline loan processing and improve client satisfaction. Prepare detailed reports and documentation for loan transactions and audits. Monitor market trends and provide insights to support decision-making processes. Assist in resolving client inquiries and issues related to loan management. A successful Loan Management Consultant should have: Work authorization (US citizen or green card holder). Bilingual ability in English and Mandarin preferred. 5+ years of experience at a local banking institution. Previous experience at a Chinese or Taiwanese bank a plus. A strong background in the Banking & Financial Services industry, specifically in loan management. Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance standards. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to collaborate with clients and internal teams. Proficiency in relevant financial software and tools.
