Retirement Solutions Specialist
The Retirement Solutions Specialist plays a key role in delivering exceptional service to The Olson Group's group retirement plan participants and individual wealth planning clients. This position supports the day-to-day operations of the retirement solutions department by managing client interactions, coordinating reviews and meetings, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring a high-quality client experience. This role is ideal for a service-oriented professional with strong retirement plan knowledge, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to build trusted client relationships. Work Arrangement: This is a full-time, hybrid position reporting to our office in Omaha, NE. Professional Responsibilities: Serve as a primary point of contact for group retirement and individual wealth planning clients Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries via phone and email Schedule and coordinate client appointments, reviews, and meetings Support quarterly and annual reviews for individual and group retirement clients Maintain accurate client records, documentation, and activity notes Utilize Salesforce and other tools for calendar management, reporting, and tracking client activity Generate reports to monitor client progress and key performance metrics Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive follow-up and personalized service Coordinate paperwork and administrative activities related to client servicing Qualifications and Requirements: 3-5 years of experience in retirement plan management (5+ years strongly preferred) Strong knowledge of retirement plans including 401(k), 403(b), 401(a), 457(b), and 414(h) Understanding of mutual funds and modern investment theory Nebraska Life & Health Insurance License required Series 6 or Series 7 and Series 63/65/66 licenses required Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field Professional designations such as CMFC and/or AIF preferred Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and Microsoft Office Suite Ability to manage multiple priorities in a client-facing, team-oriented environment Commitment to confidentiality, ethics, and regulatory compliance About Patriot Growth Insurance Services: Founded in 2019, Patriot is a growth-focused national insurance services firm that partners with employee benefits and property and casualty agencies across the United States.
