Associate
to join a leading venture capital firm at a pivotal moment in its growth. The Firm A 10-year-old firm in the middle of a significant growth chapter managing $2B across four early-stage funds, with a fifth fund on the horizon. The Role This person will be the operational backbone of the entire Investor Relations function. You'll own the CRM (Salesforce), drive process improvements, manage data room logistics, and make sure nothing falls through the cracks as the firm scales. You'll work closely with the Partner who leads IR — sharp, collaborative, and genuinely great to work for — as well as firm leadership. High trust.
