Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Product Account Representative to support our growing operations. In this role, you will serve as a key point of contact between clients and internal teams, ensuring seamless coordination of product accounts, accurate reporting, and high-quality service delivery. Responsibilities Manage and maintain client product accounts with accuracy and efficiency Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely order processing and delivery Monitor account performance and provide regular updates and reports Address client inquiries and resolve issues in a professional manner Support inventory tracking and documentation processes Ensure compliance with company standards and operational procedures Identify opportunities to improve workflows and enhance client satisfaction Qualifications
