Role Summary:
Responsible for managing day-to-day operations and maintenance of IBM Maximo Asset Management system. Ensure smooth functioning, configuration, and optimization of Maximo modules to support asset management, work management, and maintenance processes.
Key Responsibilities:
System Administration & Maintenance
Monitor Maximo application health and performance. Apply patches, upgrades, and ensure compliance with IT standards.
Functional Support
Configure Maximo modules (Assets, Work Orders, Inventory, Procurement). Manage workflows, escalations, security groups, and automation scripts. Troubleshoot functional issues and provide timely resolutions.
Operations Management
Ensure data integrity and accuracy across all modules. Support preventive and corrective maintenance processes. Coordinate with technical teams for integrations and enhancements.
User Support & Training
Provide functional support to end-users. Conduct training sessions and prepare user manuals.
Documentation & Reporting
Maintain configuration documentation and SOPs. Develop and manage reports using BIRT or other tools.
Required Skills:
Strong knowledge of IBM Maximo EAM (7.6.x or MAS 8.x). Expertise in Work Management, Asset Management, Inventory, and Procurement modules. Familiarity with Maximo Integration Framework (MIF), REST/SOAP services. Basic SQL and reporting skills (BIRT). Good understanding of maintenance processes and asset lifecycle.
