Role Overview
We are continuing to expand and are seeking individuals who enjoy working with people to join our team as Client Engagement Specialist. In this position, you will help guide clients through the travel planning process by assisting with research, coordinating trip components, and ensuring their arrangements remain accurate and up to date.
This role is ideal for individuals who are organized, responsive, and comfortable supporting clients through multiple stages of their travel preparation while working within a flexible remote structure.
Primary Duties
Assist clients with gathering and reviewing travel options that align with their goals and preferences Help coordinate reservations for accommodations, transportation, and destination experiences through approved systems Provide timely responses to client questions and planning requests using phone and digital communication channels Support itinerary updates and help manage changes when adjustments are required Maintain accurate notes and documentation related to client interactions and booking activity Collaborate with team members and participate in scheduled learning sessions and workflow updates What You Can Expect
Structured onboarding along with continued access to training materials Opportunities to participate in supplier-based reward and incentive programs A collaborative environment with guidance available from experienced team members Hands-on experience supporting travelers through the coordination process Qualifications
Strong interpersonal and written communication skills Ability to manage details across multiple client requests efficiently Comfort using web-based platforms and standard computer tools Must be at least 18 years of age Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S., U.K., Mexico, Australia, or Spain
